The Sales and Marketing Connections program is designed to help internationally-trained sales and marketing professionals to succeed in the Canadian labour market. Your organization provides the project and these professional students provide their insights.
Phase 1 – Project Plan: Students will meet with organization representative(s) to devise the project scope, deliverables, and prepare a detailed plan for completion of the project.
Phase 2 – Project Execution: Students will work on deliverables outlined in the project plan. Teams will periodically communicate with organization representative(s) as needed to complete project tasks.
Phase 3 - Outcome: All groups in the class will work on a single organization's project and the best deliverables are provided to you for your use and feedback. The final deliverables vary, based on the project selected and are agreed upon in the planning phase. It could be a report, live presentation, or project plan, depending on the scope of your organization's goals.
