Students
Phase 1 Project Plan: Student-consultant groups will meet with organization representative(s) to devise the project scope and prepare a detailed plan for completion of the project.
Phase 2 Project Execution: Student-consultants will work on deliverables outlined in the project plan. Teams will periodically communicate with your organization representative(s) as needed to complete project tasks.
Phase 3 - Outcome - Presentation: Student-consultant groups will conduct a 50-slide presentation for your representative(s) that outlines the following:
- A statement of the problem and a recognition of its business importance.
- An understanding of its key drivers based on research.
- A clear action plan with timelines and resource implications.

Project Examples
Requirements
Beginning this January, groups of six Master's student-consultants will spend over 180 hours developing an action plan to addresses a challenge currently faced by your organization.
Based on the information that you provide and research conducted, consultant groups will diagnose the problem and develop a tailored strategy to meet your organizational goals.
Sample topics include, but are not limited to:
- Reducing customer churn.
- Increasing customer satisfaction.
- Reducing employee turnover.
- Increasing employee satisfaction.
