Be available for a quick phone call with the organizer to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the experience.

The team will need to (virtually) meet with the industry-partner occasionally; once a week or once every other week for an hour. The meetings would just be for them to make sure that they're on the right track and have understood the requirements.
