Congratulations on making it to Round 2 of QCMHA’s first-ever Case Competition in partnership with RBC!

In this round, your team will be answering three questions in the case through a live presentation in front of RBC managers and Smith Faculty.

RBC is offering guaranteed interviews for the first place winning team of the RBC x QCMHA Case Competition 2021 and cash prizes to selected outstanding teams to donate to a charity of their choice on behalf of RBC, as well as free workshops for the top three teams. Expected outcomes and deliverables

Teams that make it to Round 2 will have the case available to them on January 28th and will need to be ready to present in front of the judges on February 4th between 4:00-8:00 PM EST. This competition will be judged by a mixture of RBC managers and Smith Faculty.

This presentation will be 10 minutes long with a 5 minute Q&A period. When answering the questions, consider the problem, how the solution will tackle the problem, and any other important information, such as resources needed, implementation plan, etc.

Requirements

Mental health is something that impacts everyone. Many companies, such as RBC, are taking the right strides to better the mental health programs in the workplace, however, there is still more to be done. Your job is to create a solution to the problem presented in the RBC case. Imagine you are an external consultant, what would your recommendations be?
