Coe College invites you to embark on an enriching collaboration journey with our learners in the Interpersonal Communication course. Join us in nurturing innovative projects and fostering meaningful connections through effective communication strategies.


In this course, learners will delve into the depths of human interaction. Learners will gain insight into effective interpersonal communication strategies through an in-depth exploration of multiple verbal and nonverbal interaction processes.


Communication Strategies for Enhancing Productivity Within Small Groups and Organizations

The primary objective of this project is to equip students with the understanding required to create content for practical training and learning modules focused on interpersonal communication strategies that enhance productivity, foster better collaboration, and promote success in small groups and organizations.

  3. Content for an informational e-course or interactive assessment.

What tasks will learners complete?


In their coursework, students will have the opportunity to take on the role of a professional communication consultant. This experience will challenge them to create engaging content for training and learning modules for small groups and organizations. These modules will focus on crucial interpersonal communication skills, such as mindful listening, effective emotion management, conflict resolution, and supportive communication. By developing content in these areas, students will gain valuable experience in communication strategy and be better prepared to work with various clients in the future.


What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?


To ensure the successful completion of this project, students would need to possess a moderate level of creativity, public speaking skills, and the ability to synthesize and organize information.
