Overview
Student goals and capabilities

Teams of 3-4 undergraduate students will conduct research and develop an actionable strategy and recommendations on a Human Resource Management challenge faced by your organization, stakeholders, and/or clients.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

Do a 15 min presentation with a slide deck and speaking notes for the employer (who can attend presentations in person/virtually)

Deliver a written report (~ 10 pages) for the employer

Employer specific deliverable based on project scope

Project Examples

Previous projects with included

--generating job descriptions/job postings,

--evaluating existing job postings/job descriptions and recommending new ones,

--developing materials for structured job interviews,

--developing methods of performance evaluation,

--evaluating training programs,

--developing training materials
