blog posts design thinking social media psychology biologyMedia and Design students at Florida International university in Miami, Florida are immersed in design thinking, considering the influences of technology and digital design on biological, sociological and psychological processes. Focusing on the primary themes of community, identity, and design, they will create digital artifacts using web and mobile technologies. Some examples could be creating a series of blog posts, social media posts or other such digital products, or reviewing and designing a website. We are working on a 6 week timeline from October 21, 2024 - November 24, 2024, so the deliverables should fit within that timeline. Students will work in groups.
The deliverables will seek to align the needs of the business client with the learning needs of the student, and are ultimately negotiable. Some examples:
- a series of blog posts
- a series of social media posts on your chosen platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- assessing your needs for a website
- evaluating benefits website redesigns
