Project activities might include:

  • Identifying the stakeholder groups,
  • Prioritizing the needs and wants of stakeholders(Customers, suppliers, partners, etc.);,
  • Developing strategies to address contentious issues with difficult customers,
  • Finding solutions to improve organizational performance related to the profitability, the environment, and the society.

A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the course to review the project scope.

A representative of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project.
