-design food and beverage programs for events

-coordinate audio visual requirements for exams

-coordinate with all event suppliers

-coordinate rentals

-research and procure entertainment

-develop and handle budgets

-develop and implement feedback surveys

-venue site selection

-students have the following certifications: CPR/First Aid, Smartserve, Food Safety

The program focuses on event planning, design, coordination, marketing, sponsorship, budgeting, risk management and event evaluation.
