Great skill and super connection. Very good with teammates and picked up leadership positions as naturally as a coffee in the morning (or tea at 2) was great to work with Julian and his skill shone through his work. You can see he enjoys and takes pride in his work. Not sure if we can keep him on as his future is bright and our capabilities low, but he would be more than a benefit to our team, as he would to any team. I look forward to working with him in the future in one way or another, and would gladly offer a letter of reference for him.
