The Green Career Center (GCC) is a very kind, inclusive, and friendly environment to work in. Everyone on the team was extremely kind and is a work environment that fosters a supportive atmosphere going beyond just focusing on completion of work. The project manager, Lauren, is kind, understanding, and truly cares about people and the cause of the GCC. The work experience gained from the GCC hits many points that I think would be helpful to those looking to gain experience. I was able to work in many different roles and tasks that I had no familiarity or experience with. This helped me gain knowledge in different areas I have never come across before. Overall, I would recommend this working experience to those looking for experience, especially to those interested in the green jobs sector.
