Hani is the silent worker, he is both diligent, self accountable, and very well mannered. His biggest strength lies in wanting to ensure that work is clarified, and done to standard. He often doesn't realize it, but he is so capable on his own and I think he needs to take more leadership positions as he has a very balanced and level headed thinking and approach to any situation. To me it's a mark of a great team player and leader.
