Rae did an excellent job and showed a lot of initiative as they worked on the initial stages of my project. They established a great method of organizing photos and other materials, and were very conscientious and thorough with their note-taking. They put in exra effort to delve into background information for this work, checked in frequently, and was very efficient in gathering and uploading their work. I look forward to working with them again on future stages of this project!
