During my Healthcare Management Capstone, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Quantrux Holdings Inc. on the Health AI-Driven Triage Chatbot Content Development project. This experience was highly insightful and allowed me to engage in the intersection of AI-driven healthcare solutions and structured patient communication. Positive Aspects of the Collaboration: Industry Exposure – Working with Quantrux Holdings Inc. provided valuable insights into the practical implementation of AI in healthcare triage. Their approach to structured patient interactions was both innovative and patient-centered. Support & Guidance During my Healthcare Management Capstone, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Quantrux Holdings Inc. on the Health AI-Driven Triage Chatbot Content Development project. This experience was both insightful and enriching, allowing me to explore the integration of AI in structured patient communication. The project provided valuable exposure to the practical application of AI in healthcare, particularly in enhancing triage efficiency and patient engagement. The employers at Quantrux Holdings Inc. were highly supportive, offering clear guidance and constructive feedback that helped refine our chatbot’s conversational flow. Working alongside an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, AI developers, and project managers was a unique learning experience that strengthened my ability to balance technical accuracy with user-friendly communication. While ensuring the chatbot’s medical accuracy and ease of understanding was a challenge, the iterative refinement process significantly improved the final content. Managing workflow efficiency while meeting project deadlines also enhanced my project management skills.
