I have enjoyed my time at AHF. During this internship, I have not only produced meaningful deliverables but also dedicated significant time to learning about women empowerment in the workplace. With a background in health, I found it particularly enlightening to explore the challenges women face—a reality that resonates deeply within my own field. As a women of color currently exploring different fields, this internship was truly eye-opening and has profoundly influenced my career aspirations. I am immensely grateful to Golnaz and the entire AHF team for creating a nurturing and supportive community and providing exceptional mentorship over these transformative eight weeks.
