Working on this project under the ICT Ignite Plus program has been a valuable learning experience. Leading a development team and architecting a scalable web application has enhanced my skills in project management, technical architecture, and team leadership. Any challenges faced during the project, such as technical hurdles or timeline adjustments, were addressed collaboratively, with constructive input and support from Curate Health. This collaborative approach fostered a productive working environment and ensured project continuity.
