Details

The primary focus for the student will be:

  • Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals.
  • Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes.
  • Administration/Outreach - Work with the management team on day to day tasks such as outreach and referral programs. Develop new partnerships with other clinics.

Deliverables

Our goal at the end of this experience is:

  • Strategy - Help us capture increased market share; and capture new revenue streams; fand help us secure new funding.
  • Operations - Implement more efficient and effective processes that maximize patient satisfaction.
  • Administration/Outreach - Help us secure more referral/strategic partners for our clinic and NFP organisations as well as streamline our current processes.

Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

Elevation Health Foundation is a NFP organisation which provides free and subsidized active rehab and physical literacy programs to youth and adults across the Lower Mainland in BC. Through workshops, partnerships and services EHF works to provide essential services to those who need it most. Our newest program is launching April 15th in partnership with TD Bank The Physical Literacy Initiative which is geared towards Active and Physical lifestyles for children with Autism. The Foundation works closely with local organisations in BC as well as Active rehab clinics to provide the best services without the financial barriers. Elevation Rehab Inc. provides high-level ICBC Active Rehab treatments for ICBC customers, Private Kinesiology, & Work Conditioning Program services at 16 locations across the Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley, as well as Virtually or In-Home (upon approval).
