The main objective of this Graphic Design project is to streamline and enhance the social media presence of moms with small businesses associated with Small Business Big Plans (SBBP). This involves the batch creation of 40 graphics in Canva, aligning with SBBP branding, and formatting them in various ways for optimal use on different platforms. The goal is to empower moms with small businesses by providing them with a consistent and visually appealing social media presence that reflects SBBP's ethos and engages their target audience effectively. These graphics will be used in a variety of locations including inside our Facebook groups, in the bodies of emails, in blog posts and on Instagram.

Proposal Document Creation:

• Propose statements, memes, and business tips in a Google Doc, ensuring alignment with SBBP branding and the target audience.

Template Creation in Canva:

• Develop a variety of Canva templates based on the approved proposals, ensuring visual consistency and versatility for different social media platforms.
• Seek approval for the Canva templates from relevant stakeholders to ensure they align with SBBP branding and meet the project's objectives.

Graphics Creation:

• Utilize the approved Canva templates to create 40 graphics, incorporating the proposed statements, memes, and business tips.
• Perform a quality assurance check to ensure that all graphics meet the established standards for branding, visual appeal, and alignment with the target audience.

Formatting for Various Platforms:

• Format the graphics in a variety of ways (square + landscape) to cater to different social media platforms and their specific requirements.

To ensure the success of students undertaking the Social Media Batching Project, we provide the following support and mentorship:

  - We will share our branding kit and key messaging to ensure a strong summary of the brand and what aligns with our business.

  - Assistance in proposing impactful statements, memes, and business tips aligned with the target audience.

  - Scheduled check-ins for progress updates, addressing any challenges, and providing guidance throughout the project.

  - Guidance on the approval process for Canva templates, ensuring they meet branding and project goals.

  - Constructive feedback on graphics created, facilitating iterative improvements for quality assurance.
