Details

The primary objective of this project is to strategically connect with key personas in target industries for each of our products, showcasing our innovative emotion analytics solutions designed to significantly improve user experience on websites. Initiate targeted communication through email and social media channels to introduce our innovative emotion analytics solutions and build interest among key personas.

Deliverables
  1. Identify and categorize key personas within target industries.
  2. Craft personalized email templates showcasing the value proposition of our products.
  3. Develop a social media engagement strategy to reach decision-makers and influencers.
  4. Build and organize a comprehensive contact database for outreach.
  5. Implement an email marketing campaign with scheduled follow-ups.
  6. Engage with influencers and decision-makers on social media platforms.
  7. Monitor and analyze the performance of email and social media outreach.


Deliverables:

  1. Personalized Email Templates: Develop at least five personalized email templates tailored to different target personas within the identified industries.
  2. Social Media Engagement Strategy: Create a comprehensive social media engagement strategy outlining specific tactics and content ideas to reach decision-makers and influencers.
  3. Contact Database Organization: Organize and maintain a contact database with at least 100 relevant contacts, including their roles, companies, and contact information.
  4. Email Marketing Campaign: Execute an email marketing campaign targeting the identified personas, including scheduled follow-ups and tracking of open and response rates.
  5. Performance Analysis Report: Prepare a detailed report analyzing the performance of the email and social media outreach efforts, including insights for optimization.


Mentorship

Students engaged in the Cold Outreach project will receive comprehensive support to ensure success. They will have access to staff expertise, including guidance on effective copywriting, data analysis techniques, and social media marketing strategies. We will provide access to industry-leading email marketing tools, as well as social media management platforms. A designated mentor will be available for consultations, offering insights into CRM tools and assisting in the interpretation of analytics data.
