As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our processes for employee and volunteer recruitment and management. We have a desire to focus specifically on our approaches for attracting & recruiting candidates for specific role/roles. In this project, the goal to create a series of channels to recruit Summer Camp talents to support our growing Camp Program portfolio.

Through this collaboration, we would like to deliver three key areas:

• Identify and set up a variety of channels for talent recruitment for Summer Camp
• Create a list of suggestions for recruitment methods and channels for Summer Camp
• Optimize HR SOP and optimize candidate shortlisting techniques, reference check questionnaire review, and employee satisfaction, and performance evaluation

1. Project Management: Research and make weekly deliverable plans including milestones and key actions

2. Problem Solving: Propose methods and channels and pilot recruitment processes

3. Documentation: Document key findings, lessons learned, and optimize existing SOPs

2. 1V1 mentoring

3. Real-time feedback from job candidates

4. Team work with cross-functional members
