talent recruitment project management management research problem solvingAs our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our processes for employee and volunteer recruitment and management. We have a desire to focus specifically on our approaches for attracting & recruiting candidates for specific role/roles. In this project, the goal to create a series of channels to recruit Summer Camp talents to support our growing Camp Program portfolio.
Through this collaboration, we would like to deliver three key areas:
- Identify and set up a variety of channels for talent recruitment for Summer Camp
- Create a list of suggestions for recruitment methods and channels for Summer Camp
- Optimize HR SOP and optimize candidate shortlisting techniques, reference check questionnaire review, and employee satisfaction, and performance evaluation
1. Project Management: Research and make weekly deliverable plans including milestones and key actions
2. Problem Solving: Propose methods and channels and pilot recruitment processes
3. Documentation: Document key findings, lessons learned, and optimize existing SOPs
1. Onboarding training and team huddles
2. 1V1 mentoring
3. Real-time feedback from job candidates
4. Team work with cross-functional members
