Details

The primary objective of this Sales Prospecting Project is to increase student enrollment at a language school by identifying, engaging, and converting potential leads into registered students. Interns will focus on creating a robust pipeline of prospects through research and segmentation, developing personalized outreach strategies, and leveraging communication channels to nurture relationships. By the end of the project, participants are expected to have significantly enhanced our prospect database, improved engagement rates with potential students, and directly contributed to an increase in enrollment figures, as well as presenting a document summarizing these changes.

Deliverables

To achieve the project's goal, interns will need to complete tasks that encompass the entire sales prospecting lifecycle. Initially, this involves conducting market research to identify target demographics and understand their language learning needs and preferences. Following this, interns will develop and segment a prospect list, create tailored outreach materials, and utilize both digital (email, social media) and traditional (phone calls, direct mail) communication methods for engagement. Effective tracking of interactions and follow-ups is crucial, utilizing CRM tools to manage and nurture leads. Additionally, interns will analyze response rates and feedback to refine their outreach strategies continuously. These activities aim to develop interns' skills in sales prospecting, lead management, and customer engagement within the educational industry.

Mentorship

Interns will be supported throughout the project with regular weekly video meetings for comprehensive updates, feedback, and guidance from the language school's experienced sales and marketing professionals. They will have access to the necessary tools, technologies, and data for conducting research, managing leads, and executing outreach strategies. Asynchronous collaboration and feedback will also be provided, along with detailed analysis and suggestions for improvement, ensuring a supportive and enriching learning environment. This support structure is designed to facilitate a hands-on learning experience, equipping interns with the practical skills and knowledge needed for successful sales prospecting in the educational sector.
