Local Grown Salads is an Indoor Vertical Farming company that plans to launch 200 Indoor Vertical Farms by December 2023.

We are developing our MRP System using Odoo.

We need to create our procedures and everything that is needed.

If you want hands on experience on building a world class MRP system, this is the project for you.

There are two separate projects:

LGS Assembly - This is our MRP for our manufacturing company which produces our equipment.

LGS Farmer - This is our MRP for our Farms. This produces microgreens, herbs, greens, and small vegetables.

We would like you to take a part of it - and run with it!

A quick overview of the business:

• Each Farm produces 1,500,000 lbs. yearly of Herbs, Greens and Small Vegetables
• Revenue per farm is $3,000,000 to $12,000,000 depending on the product mix
• Our products are Organic, GMO free, Pesticide Free, Herbicide Free, and Fungicide Free
• The farms will be a mixed of Licensed and White Labeled
• We grow over 60 different products

The detailed plan will include the following:

• A detailed week by week plan to achieve the goals
• An understanding of the resources needed

This is an important and complex project. It is not for the feint of heart. This is for teams that can "Take the Ball and Run".

We expect it to be a number of teams each taking a part of it, owning that part, and making it part of the whole.

Teams will need the ability to work with other teams outside their own university.

We do need a single Team to take on the management of the project and coordinate with the other teams.

We use Agile Project management for our projects.

Students will meet usually every 3 days or so to review progress.

We have a Discord Server which will treat as a Virtual Office.
