MyEdMaster has created health and longevity software that takes the latest scientific research on how peope can live longer and healthier and makes lifestyle recommendations in the areas of diet, exercise, stress management and healthy sleep. Learners will conduct a field test to determine the effectiveness of wellness and longevity softwre in improving health outcomes in middle aged adults.

Learners will need to recruit participants to the study, train them on the use of the software, encourage them to complete the study, and analyze results to measure effectiveness of the software.

Learners will have weekly meetings with MyEdMaster staff. We will support the data analysis task by providing data science/data analysis mentoring from our data science team. Learners will have access to the software itself and are welcome to us it both to learn how to support the study and for their own personal benefit.
