Details

We would like to collaborate with students to find and complete grant applications.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our range of goods and services.
  • Identifying 5-10 potential funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization.
  • Present the opportunities to the team who will select 1-3 to pursue.
  • Develop and write the grant applications.
  • Present the grant applications for review.
Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Understanding of our organizationโ€™s operations.
  • Understanding of relevant grant opportunities
  • Identification of potential funding sources
  • Recommendations for improving our grant proposals
  • Develop and write effective grant applications.
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Our mission and vision statement
  • Our community projects and previous grant applications
  • Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.

*This project is funded by the LevelUp funding program.
