PROJECT SCOPE

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. The main project is to research and create content based on the newest insurance trends. Students will then turn such information into a newsletter to be circulated weekly to subscribers email. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization that we can use as go-to marketing tools.

KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES:

• Write articles/reports on assigned topics
• Each student will be assigned 2 report topics
• Attend weekly team meetings for training & progress recap
• Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story
• Collaborate business trends & ideas into the articles
• Work on Social Media Posts, high quality, worth of $100CAD per post

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include a weekly progress meeting for an hour where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

Students will gain an understanding of the industries & what XBO expects for the articles. Students who qualify are punctual, motivated, & ambitious. Integrity, honesty & teamwork are key to be considered for potential further employment opportunities.

You will be working on written content creation with XBO that will be used as go-to marketing and educational material. Students or teams with excellent writing skills and business acumen would be ideal candidates for this project.

XBO will provide all necessary training with additional mentorship & coaching on business operations, leadership & professional work skills.
