Help VNEXT iQ update or create customer profiles to ensure all stakeholders have current and accurate information about the client projects executed, opportunities and key contact information.

• Update existing customer profiles files by gathering information missing about new customer projects closed/completed, opportunities, key contacts, and other fields missing
• Create profiles of new customers that don’t have customer profile files yet. Gather information from existing files and engage with Project managers as well as sales team to complete the profile.
• Upload all customer profiles to CRM under Account/Files
• Report weekly how many customer profiles have been

• We’ll start with a kick-off meeting to provide instructions, objectives, expectations and deadlines
• At the start of the project, we will provide a template for the customer profiles, so the students have the fields that need to be filled for each customer
• VNEXT iQ will provide all necessary documentation to fill the profiles
• Our Project Managers & Sales team will be available for calls/ via emails as required to help the students complete the profiles with information not available from the documentation provided.
• We’ll set some weekly/bi-weekly meetings to check on progress and sync.
