The primary objective of the project is to develop caravan packages in partnership with another company. We task you with crafting travel packages for the public to journey across Canada during the summer. This will require reaching out and collaborating with various accommodations, such as campgrounds, bed and breakfasts, hotels, hostels, venues, and experiences, to establish budgets and assemble payment packages for the events the public will purchase.

Tasks for learners to complete

• Contact and work with various accommodations and venues to plan caravan packages
• Determine the budget for the caravan packages
• Work with our website team to create a finished booking site attached to our existing website for customers to book the various venues, Bed and Breakfasts, campgrounds, etc.
• Form relationships with accommodations and venues to be included in the caravan packages
• Develop payment packages for the various events that the public will be buying

Final deliverables will include

• Books established with the various venues, Bed and Breakfasts, campgrounds, across Canada, etc.
• Budget plan for the caravan packages
• Payment packages for the various events that the public will be buying

Project Orientation and Goal Setting

• The mentorship company will provide an initial orientation session to familiarize students with the project requirements, goals, and expectations.
• During this session, students will have the opportunity to understand the scope of the project, clarify any doubts, and set achievable goals in collaboration with mentors.
