The project's main goal is to enhance the operational efficiency and market presence of Inspire Beach Resort. This encompasses onboarding a Business Admin to manage administrative tasks, supporting the executive team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, the project aims to increase exposure through publications and media coverage while supporting the sales team in lead-generation activities.

Based on their educational background and interest, an intern will be assigned to one of these goals to contribute to the resort's growth and success. This will include the roles of; An Executive Assistant, Public Relations Intern and Sales Outreach.

By the end of the project, the Business Admin should complete one or more of the following tasks:

-An Executive Assistant: To manage administrative tasks such as managing emails, organizing schedules, and other administrative duties for the Inspire Beach Resort.

-Public Relations Intern: Researching and identifying relevant publications and media outlets, developing press releases and media kits, building relationships with journalists and influencers, monitoring media coverage, and implementing a social media strategy to promote the resort and engage potential guests.

-Sales Outreach: Conducting LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients and partners in the luxury travel and hospitality industry, making follow-up calls to leads, sending personalized emails, creating a comprehensive contact list, and providing progress updates and reports to the sales team at Inspire Beach Resort.

I'll provide guidance through each phase of the project, offering insights, resources, and feedback tailored to individual needs. Additionally, I'll be available for regular check-ins and Q&A sessions to ensure students stay on track and overcome any obstacles they encounter.
