Details

The primary objective of this project is to strategically connect with key personas in target industries for each of our products, showcasing our innovative emotion analytics solutions designed to significantly improve user experience on websites. Establish direct communication through phone calls to convey the benefits of our emotion analytics solutions and secure follow-up meetings or discussions.

Deliverables
  1. Develop a script for effective communication during direct calls.
  2. Identify and prioritize key contacts within target personas.
  3. Initiate outbound calls to decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  4. Communicate the unique value proposition of our products.
  5. Set up follow-up meetings or discussions with interested parties.
  6. Regularly update the contact database based on call outcomes.
  7. Monitor and analyze the success rate of direct calling efforts.


Deliverables:

  1. Calling Script: Develop a calling script for initiating conversations with potential leads, addressing key pain points, and conveying the value proposition of our products.
  2. Contact List and Call Log: Maintain an updated contact list with at least 50 key personas and record call outcomes, including successful connections, follow-up meetings scheduled, and objections encountered.
  3. Call Performance Metrics: Track and analyze call performance metrics such as call duration, success rate, and conversion rate, and provide insights for improvement.
  4. Follow-Up Meetings Scheduled: Secure at least 10 follow-up meetings or discussions with interested contacts, providing detailed notes on meeting topics and outcomes.
  5. Feedback and Reflection Report: Reflect on the calling campaign experience, identifying successes, challenges, and areas for improvement, along with recommendations for future campaigns.


Mentorship

Students will be supported through staff training sessions on effective communication and negotiation skills, enabling them to navigate direct calls successfully. We will provide access to systems for efficient calling, CRM software for call management and follow-ups, and call analytics tools to evaluate performance. A dedicated mentor will be assigned to guide students in script development and adaptation based on varied responses. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions with experienced staff will ensure students receive guidance and support throughout the project.
