StaffedUp is seeking to develop a comprehensive data dashboard to gain actionable insights into key business metrics. The goal is to create a functional and user-friendly dashboard that aggregates and visualizes data related to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), funnel conversion rates, web analytics, financial forecasting (including Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)), churn rates, customer retention, trial conversions, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and in-app engagement/product adoption. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of data analytics, visualization tools, and business metrics to create a valuable tool for the company. The dashboard will enable StaffedUp to make data-driven decisions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall business performance.

The primary deliverable for this project is a fully functional data dashboard that meets the specified requirements. The dashboard should include:

- Visualizations for CAC, funnel conversion rates, and funnel component stats.

- Web analytics and financial forecasting metrics, including MRR and ARR.

- Metrics for churn, retention, trial conversions, CLV, and in-app engagement/product adoption.

- A user-friendly interface that allows easy navigation and data interpretation.

- Documentation detailing the data sources, methodology, and instructions for using the dashboard.

As the founder, I will personally be accessible to work with the team on a weekly basis as needed. Our StaffedUp technical leadership will also be available via Slack and Zoom meetings as needed. We'll allow full access to all data insights available.
