Details

This project aims to bolster iCommute Inc.'s enterprise sales efforts by engaging with potential customers. The primary goal is to support the sales team by developing a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Students will apply their classroom knowledge in sales and marketing by engaging in prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging. The project will focus on connecting with decision-makers at prospective client organizations to schedule meetings for iCommute's sales team. By doing so, students will gain practical experience in lead generation and qualification, enhancing their understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.

Deliverables

The project will result in several key deliverables: a Lead Prospecting Report containing a database of qualified leads, an Outreach Activity Log detailing all outreach attempts and their outcomes, and a Summary Report highlighting progress and insights. Additionally, students will provide a Meeting Scheduler with confirmed meeting details between iCommute and qualified decision-makers. These deliverables will collectively support iCommute's enterprise sales objectives.
