  • Support business development, project management, and complementary currency administration activities for Calgary Dollars
  • Lead outreach and engagement initiatives with small business partners, entrepreneurs, and community organizations to foster partnerships and participant growth.
  • Utilize project management tools, templates, and databases to enhance operational efficiency and track marketing, financial, and account management tasks.
  • Increase participant engagement through outreach and digital campaigns
  • Assist in strengthening Calgary Dollars’ mission by supporting socially-conscious businesses and vendors, focusing on community and environmental impact, diversity, and inclusion.
Deliverables

1. Business Development and Outreach:

  • Outcomes: Increased partnerships and stronger relationships with small businesses and vendors, leading to expanded opportunities for participants and stakeholders.
  • Deliverables:
  • Onboarding a minimum of 5 new small businesses or vendors
  • Weekly outreach reports summarizing engagement efforts and progress.

2. Project Management:

  • Outcomes: Enhanced operational efficiency through the use of project management tools, effective spreadsheet tracking, and timely communications.
  • Deliverables:
  • Regularly updated project management templates for tracking tasks, communication, and timelines.
  • Monthly reports with accurate budget tracking and invoicing records.

3. Marketing and Social Media Engagement:

  • Outcomes: Improved visibility and engagement on digital platforms, leading to a stronger brand presence and outreach efforts.
  • Deliverables:
  • Bi-weekly social media content planning and execution (posts, campaigns).
  • Marketing reports tracking engagement metrics and social media reach.

4. Administrative and Client Support:

  • Outcomes: Efficient handling of administrative tasks such as correspondence, report generation, and database management.
  • Deliverables:
  • Assist businesses with earning and spending Calgary Dollars
  • Organized client and consultant inquiry logs.
  • Weekly updates on database maintenance and document management.

5. Proposal Writing and Reporting:

  • Outcomes: Timely and accurate creation of business proposals, reports, and other documentation to support Calgary Dollars projects and initiatives.
  • Deliverables:
  • At least two proposals developed for increased business participation
  • Monthly progress reports summarizing key achievements and areas for improvement.
