  4. a comprehensive plan to attract volunteers

  7. identify possible funders and partners; approximately 20

Once completed, this project will be wholly developed and ready to be launched by The Human Factor Community Organization.

  4. a comprehensive plan to attract volunteers
  5. consumer (client) profiles, 2 - 3
  6. identify policies the program would need

These components will result in a comprehensive project plan for The Human Factor Community Organization's food security program.
