Seedling Art Co. aims to make mental health tools, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), more accessible through modernized, user-friendly and sustainable journaling. We work with mental health professionals to create safe, effective tools that improve mental wellness and prevent mental distress, anxiety, and more.

During your 80h placement, you find 5 different studies and provide analysis that further supports the positive correlation of journaling on mental health.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

• Researching various studies to find supporting data for journal exercises
• Evaluating various CBT and DBT exercises and refining them to fit our journal's goals

Students will work closely with and receive mentorship from the founder. This will also include weekly progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
