Maid In Luxury seeks to enhance its onboarding process by developing a comprehensive 5-7 day training module for new cleaners. The project aims to create a structured program that aligns with the company's philosophy, culture, and operational standards. The training will cover essential topics such as professional appearance, workplace conduct, and efficient work practices. Utilizing BrightHR's health and safety templates, the module will incorporate interactive elements like quizzes, videos, and situational exercises to engage learners. Additionally, the project will include guidance on soft skills, product knowledge, and the use of the Connecteam app for scheduling and communication. The goal is to equip new employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles while maintaining the high standards of Maid In Luxury.

Deliverables
  • The deliverables for this project include a complete training module formatted for Maid In Luxury, incorporating BrightHR templates and interactive content.
  • The module will feature sections on company philosophy, professional conduct, and efficient work practices.
  • Quizzes, videos, and a checklist for training completion.
  • Checklists for each type of space (kitchen, bedroom, common areas), commercial areas, airbnbs, restaurant, etc. (create variations depending on number of team members, and time: weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning)
  • A guide for using the Connecteam app and a section on soft skills and product knowledge will also be provided.
