Filz is a start-up company offering innovative and sustainable solutions to the candle industry. We are seeking a creative, strategic, and organized individual to join our team as our Marketing Campaign Coordinator.

As the Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team. Your primary focus will be leading the launch of our product, including:

• Content creation
• Strategic planning
• Organizing and leading marketing campaigns.

The successful applicant will work closely with the company’s Directors to develop the various components that will make up the launch campaign. The applicant will be joining the company during the pre-launch phase. The product launch is comprised of a 30-day campaign scheduled to commence in March.

• Assisting with developing product launch campaign page
• Drafting, editing, and scheduling various types of content pertaining to launch
• Liaising with other team members, consultants, and directors as necessary to coordinatecontent creation
• Developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns
• Research on best practices
• Reporting and evaluating the performance of our social media platforms on several metrics

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.

We will hold an introductory meeting so you chat with us and ask any questions.

We will hold meetings to discuss different aspects of the project as needed. Share any resources needed. We will be available by email and phone for any questions.
