The main goal for the project is to develop a comprehensive training schedule for an 8-county area in Hampton Roads, Virginia for Victorious Family. This will include training for the train-the-trainer program, workshops, and coaching to equip and empower parents to train their children values and help families flourish.

This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:

- Researching the training needs of the 8-county area in Hampton Roads, Virginia.

- Developing a detailed training schedule for the train-the-trainer program, workshops, and coaching.

- Coordinating with trainers and workshop facilitators to ensure availability and alignment with the schedule.

- Creating a plan for ongoing coaching and support for families in the area.

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:
