Hello there! We are searching for a student who is interested in data analysis and dashboard development, and has experience working with Python. The project goal is to improve our data analysis and visualization capabilities by developing new dashboards and optimizing our existing ones. The student will work with a team consisting of senior data analysts, software developers, and product managers.

At Honest Empathy, we are dedicated to improving access to mental healthcare services. We believe that everyone deserves access to robust mental healthcare.

Student Tasks

As a data analyst and dashboard developer, you will work on the following tasks and deliver the following work product:

• Collect and clean data from various sources
• Develop new dashboards to visualize data in an intuitive and informative way
• Optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability
• Work with the data analytics team to analyze data and generate insights
• Write and execute unit testing functions to ensure your project's Python modules meet our engineering standards

Our executive team offer one-on-one mentorship to each student throughout the project. We will begin by understanding the student’s professional and career goals and learn how this project can help them build skills to achieve those goals. We have an agile workflow for the project's duration to help them gain the skills they want and learn how to effectively work in a team setting. We will have 3 check-ins a week to work through complex problems along with knowledge sharing sessions every other week! Team meetings will be conducted through Zoom.

We will open our network to each student and make introductions for them to learn more about their desired field. At the end of the project, the student may receive the opportunity to continue a summer internship, based on performance.
