Details

This project aims to enhance English Islands' outreach efforts by focusing on sales lead generation and market research within the educational sector. Students will identify potential schools and districts that align with English Islands' offerings. The goal is to uncover new partnership opportunities that can expand the company's reach and impact. By applying classroom knowledge of market research techniques and sales strategies, students will develop a comprehensive list of potential leads. They may also analyze the needs and characteristics of these educational institutions to tailor partnership proposals effectively. This project provides a practical application of marketing principles and strategic thinking in a real-world context, allowing students to contribute meaningfully to English Islands' growth objectives.

Deliverables

Students will deliver a list of identified schools and districts, complete with relevant contact information and a brief analysis of each institution's potential as a partner. Additionally, they may provide a strategic proposal outlining tailored partnership opportunities and engagement strategies for the top prospects. This report will serve as a valuable resource for English Islands' sales team, aiding in targeted outreach efforts.
