This project provides an excellent opportunity to apply research, writing, and communication skills in a real-world setting. Through your work, you’ll play a key role in advancing mental health awareness and supporting our community’s well-being.
The primary deliverable is a polished blog post of approximately 1,000 to 1,500 words. The post should include an engaging introduction, well-structured body sections, and a compelling conclusion that ties the content together effectively. Additionally, the post should provide readers with practical takeaways and include a list of references and credible sources used in the research. The final submission should be thoroughly proofread and formatted according to CITC's style guidelines, ensuring clarity, readability, and alignment with CITC's tone and mission.

About the company
Founded in 2003 by Dr. Carolina McBride, Clinical Psychologist, the Cognitive & Interpersonal Therapy Centre (CITC) has grown into a leading psychology practice specializing in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). CITC’s team includes Clinical Psychologists, Registered Psychotherapists, Psychological Associates, and Ph.D. and Master’s-level students, each bringing extensive expertise in CBT and IPT to deliver effective mental health treatment.
CITC offers a comprehensive range of services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, parenting counseling, and career counseling. The practice provides support for clients across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults, seniors, families, and couples. CITC also conducts psychoeducational and social-emotional assessments for children to identify learning or intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and giftedness, as well as assessments for adults seeking workplace accommodations or for personal insights.
