Hockey Edmonton is in current need of a complete volunteer human resources plan that would include recruitment, training/orientation, evaluation, retention, and appreciation. The team of students working on this could develop a particular component of one of these areas to support with volunteer training and development.

To be agreed upon in project agreement in line with project and course scope.

Will include a Training & Development component for volunteer training needs.

Dedicated project supervisor will meet with team throughout project to provide input and feedback on the project, project progression, and team's demonstrated and developing competencies.
