planning energetic communication planning researchSecret Media Co. is looking for an Influencer Assistant to support our Influencer Manager on day-to-day tasks. With the rapid growth of our influencer department, we are seeking a capable, organized, and energetic person to offer support on the communication, planning, and execution of influencer campaigns and events
Tasks will include but not limited to:
- Research and reach out to new influencers (Canada & USA)
- Research and reach out to brands for influencer collaborations, partnerships, & sponsorships (Canada & USA)
- Support the planning and execution of influencer/pr events
- Keep influencer roster up to date
- Assist with graphics (event invites, media kits & rate cards, influencer roster, etc.)
- Assist with sending out pr packages (if in studio)
- Brainstorming ideas for campaigns & events
Students will work closely with the Flora the Influencer Manager as well as Steve the Account Executive who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
