We are a distributor and a small company looking to implement Occupational Health and Safety Programs for our employees.
We would like to collaborate with students to gain an understanding of what components should be included and the implementation strategies available to implement the programs.
Preventative Measures:
These programs proactively identify and address potential hazards in the workplace, minimizing the risk of accidents and work-related illnesses.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Understanding of employee health and safety programs initiatives valued by employees
- Understanding of other organizations’ occupational health and wellness/ Safety programs.
- Development of a health and safety program for our company
- Recommendations and justification for the program’s implementation
Bonus steps would include:
- Revising the program based on feedback
Final deliverables should include
- A final report.
- A 10-minute presentation.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
