The main problem we are trying to solve is to help young people struggling to find relatable communities and meaningful conversations about their own beauty and wellness journeys. By making it easy for them to engage with relatable and values-aligned people, we hope to enable conversations that will support and empower them to be their true selves without fear of judgment, hiding or pressure.

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Tech Product Lead to help launch our new social app MVP.

• Lead the development of the MVP, by managing the product life cycle, from concept to launch
• Work with the engineering, design, and marketing team to ensure product development is on schedule and meets high-quality standards
• Gather product requirements from stakeholders and users
• Conduct market research and user testing to understand customer needs and feedback
• Define product feature sets, and develop user stories to ensure solutions meet user requirements
• Create and maintain product roadmap
• Analyze and monitor KPIs to ensure product success
• Liaise with partners to ensure successful integration and launch

Students will have access to the following:

• Our market research, competitor analysis, defined feature set and initial user feedback.

• A dedicated Slack channel with access to Organization staff as needed,
• Github
• Access to user testing groups
• Direct connection to the co-founder/CEO and tech co-founder/ CTO for mentorship and supervision throughout the project
• In addition, students will have weekly meetings with staff
