Details

The main goal of the project is to incorporate automation into our client servicing procedure by using various software and APIs, including the OpenAI language model API, Hunter.io API, webscraper.io API (or alternative web scraping tools), and Google Suite software, to automate a wide range of tasks related to servicing fulfilment. AutoHotkey should be programmed into the execution flow where applicable to reduce human involvement. The system should be able to adapt to different clients and industries, handling tasks such as summarizing company data and creating outputs like pitch decks, creative emails, and resume content.

The expected outcome is to create functional automation within our servicing procedure that'll significantly reduce the human resources required to complete those tasks. Additionally, the system should provide other benefits such as improved accuracy and consistency in the servicing process, and the ability to service more clients in a shorter period of time.

Deliverables

To successfully complete the project, students will need to complete a range of tasks including:

  • Researching and evaluating different software and APIs for their suitability for the project.
  • Developing and testing prototypes of the automated servicing system.
  • Integrating the various software and APIs into a cohesive system.
  • Work with and potentially train the language model API to optimize its performance.
  • Testing the system and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Documenting the system and creating training materials for using and maintaining it.

These tasks will involve a combination of software development, API integration, machine learning, and data extraction and manipulation. Students will need to be able to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues that arise during the development process. They will also need to be able to communicate effectively with the project team and stakeholders to ensure that the system meets the needs of the organization and its clients.

Mentorship

To support students in completing the project, our company will offer the following support:

  • Staff time to help address questions about deliverables and scope, and provide guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Access to the OpenAI API, Hunter.io API, webscraper.io API (or alternative web scraping tools), AutoHotkey, and any relevant APIs.
  • Access to paid-for OpenAI templates and resources to help with the development.
  • Frequent check-in meetings to provide feedback, address questions, and provide support.
  • Funding for any necessary resources or materials (that are approved by our operations coordinator or company owner).
  • Access to our previous work and relevant assets such as emails, pitch decks, and other materials as references.

We're open to funding courses, training programs, or third-party material to support students in developing the skills and knowledge needed for the project (within reasonable pricing)—including if students aren't familiar with AutoHotkey, which is quick to learn.
