marketing strategies marketing trauma careThe first issue of our Real Eyez Nation Magazine on trauma and dissociative disorders was released in November 2022 with 100 pages in landscape view, as the result of hundreds of volunteer hours by a mostly two-person team. With more willpower than manpower, while we attempted to create a marketing strategy, we found little time to do so while also producing the upcoming bi-annual release.
We need assistance to both develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote this resource.
The steps for the students include:
- Learning about the cause and community that we serve, and reviewing the digital FlipBook version of the magazine.
- Build a strategy for marketing, such as creating a list of contacts to reach out to.
- Work with leaders in the organization for strategy pitches and providing updates.
- Implementing the prepared strategy, which can be adapted during the project timeline as suited.
Bonus Step:
- Prepare an outline for anyone able to assist following this project.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate the following:
- Learn about our cause and our publication.
- Building a strategy independently and in collaboration with the organization.
- Implement and adapt the strategy as needed.
Bonus steps would include:
- Prepare an outline for anyone able to assist following this project.
Final deliverables should include
- Increased awareness and outreach.
We are open to hearing any requests during the project. With open communication and access to needed tools, we are flexible in adapting to suggestions that could benefit this project. A regular meeting can be scheduled to save space on the calendar in case of need, with additional assistance when required.
About the company
Multiplied By One Org is a nonprofit for trauma (CPTSD), dissociative disorders, and loved ones.
Only a handful of organizations in the world assist this community. With so few resources, general misconceptions and stigmas, those with dissociative disorders have few places to turn. With the rate of attempted suicide for those with Dissociative Identity Disorder at 70%, we hope to offer the support that instills change, hope, and confidence in a future.
Our Real Eyez Nation Magazine is in print and digital FlipBook with full human-read audio.
Our app for DID is free and without ads.
Our online support groups run in 7 categories across 18 days and times.
Vision: To instill a validation of individual experience that is so widespread, it fills the gap in mental health equality.
