Students will use research and customer insights to help shape a roadmap for Blu to ensure a seamless and engaging journey for its customers.
1) Buyer Persona Profiles
Students will create 3-4 detailed buyer personas representing Blu’s ideal customer segments. These profiles will include demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data, shedding light on each persona's motivations, needs, and pain points.
2) Customer Journey Maps
Based on the buyer personas, students will design Customer Journey Maps to visualize each persona’s experience with Blu. These maps will highlight key touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for engagement throughout the entire customer journey—from discovery to purchase to post-purchase.
3) Actionable Roadmap:
Students will create a strategic roadmap for Blu, outlining the steps the company should take pre-launch and post-launch to continuously enhance the customer experience. The roadmap will outline the customer journey to ensure a positive and engaging experience for customers as the brand evolves.

Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
