Details

The main goal for this project is to effectively manage and enhance the grant application process, ensure accurate and up-to-date grant information through research and database maintenance, compile comprehensive annual impact reports for Regenesis and partner organizations, and actively report and track the impacts of funded projects. Additionally, maintaining clear and timely communication with funders by providing essential event-related data and information is a crucial aspect of this role.

Deliverables

Students will have several tasks to complete and can choose to work on any of the following:


  • Identify potential donors, sponsors and funding sources that align with our organization and projects
  • Frequently add and update our working grant sheet
  • Plan, draft, edit, and submit grant proposals to secure funding
  • Gather and track quantitative and qualitative data for projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with funders' expectations
  • Report on the impact of funded projects using impact metrics and financial reports
  • Update impact tracker tools in accordance with initiatives and ensure that it is effective for tracking and reporting impact
  • Put together annual impact reports to share with our network and funders


Deliverables include:

  • List of grants
  • 2-3 grant applications
  • Annual report


Mentorship

We will support our student interns in the following ways:

  • Weekly office hours
  • Weekly one hour check-in
  • Ongoing mentorship and career coaching
