The main goal of this project is to develop the yearly 2 day symposium called Meet The Motivators. This program celebrates women in leadership and consists of workshops and keynote speakers held over a 2 day period. The sponsorship coordinator will work directly with senior project manager and founder to develop the sponsorship deck and program offers for our private sector supporters. "Payment by funder C$1,400.00"


Deliverables

The tasks that learners need to complete to achieve the project goal include:



- Researching and selecting keynote speakers and workshop topics.


- Assist in developing an agenda for the symposium.


- Creating marketing materials related to sponsorship program


- Creating Sponsorship deck


- Managing the sponsorship budget.


- Evaluating the success of the sponsorship program.


Mentorship

We are excited to work with students that see value in supporting our core cause.

Gender equality and gender parity are key components in driving change. We will work closely with the student to share knowledge about the issues facing women. We will provide weekly meetings to encouraged the student and give constructive feedback when necessary.

Students will meet with senior project manager and founder weekly. They will also attend and contribute to overall bi-weekly team meetings. Evaluations will be performed weekly by founder also.  "Payment by funder C$1,400.00"
