PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:

Aisha Comfortable Coliving Inc. provides a coliving housing option for single women age 18+. Coliving is a housing style that takes home sharing to a new level. We will provide three broad categories of services:

1- Matching services between homeowners and tenants

2- Providing events/activities that help build a fun supportive community.

3- Professionally managing the properties that use the coliving service of our company.

We just launched our company in Nova Scotia and currently expanding to Ontario.

The ultimate goal of Aisha Comfortable Coliving is to build a platform for women age 18+ that empowers women through more affordable housing option that is safe, affordable and enhances the wellbeing of women while building a supportive fun community of women. As the goals and vision of Aisha Comfortable Coliving Inc. are universal, we see great opportunities in the expansion to the US market. However, we lack the necessary resources especially on the level of planning and organization. The services we provide in the first phase of our company, the matching services, are completely done online which makes the expansion to new markets feasible financially. Once we establish our presence by the end of the first phase, we plan to provide the other services mentioned above. Your course will help us achieve our goals through providing us with the necessary plan to expand to the US market.
